“was over in Melbourne for work and stopped in for lunch. the Tom Yum Noodle Soup was - without question - one of the best bowls of soup I’ve ever had. perfect balance of spice and flavor, tons of noodles and chicken. it made me a little teary eyed TBH. service and vibe also a 11/10. can’t wait to be back over on this part of the state to visit again - legit might be worth the drive from central Florida just to eat here.”
— Tami Hardeman“I came here on my quest to find a restaurant that could serve food to the level of spiciness that I was looking for, as so far others had let me down (often the food was very good, but not as spicy as I was hoping). I very clearly described how hot I wanted it, much hotter than "Thai Hot" (there is probably something wrong with me, but oh well), and she relayed all this to the cook. When she came back with the food she informed me how many scoops of the different crushed peppers he had used, and also provided a small cup of crushed pepper on the side so I could add more if I wanted. The food was not only the hottest I had gotten from any restaurant (at a very pleasing heat level), but it was absolutely delicious (and would be wonderful at any heat level). She came back several times while I was eating to make sure everything was OK and was very friendly and sincere. The atmosphere is wonderful, I love all the unique artwork. Also, there are cookies they sell at the register that I was told are made fresh daily by the owners daughter, I decided to buy a baggie to go.... OMG do yourself a favor and get some, these were some of the best cookies I had ever had! Super pleased with this place and will definitely be going back!”
— Juran“I still struggle to describe this style of food to people, but I am always sure to emphasize how much I enjoy it. I would come in to Chez Quan's while working on my car. It's become a bit of a tradition between my buddy and I that when we're tired, sweaty, and dirty - we go to Chez Quan's to give us the energy to continue! 5 out of 5 stars - but be warned: when they say "spicy" they mean SPICY!”
— Mason Yaskovic“Greeted by the chillest bro over the phone ✔️ Order and pick up the grub w no drama ✔️ Sink teef in2 phoRITO and cure evening hunger ✔️💰✅☑️ I wonder if they came up with the name phoRITO before the sandwich itself, it’s the sharknado of entrees and I approve.”
